With over 20 years of experience in retail, marketing and sales as well as more than a decade of successful work in personnel consulting, I offer my clients sound expertise.

My extensive know-how, which I have acquired through various management positions, especially at management level in the retail sector, has enabled me to contribute valuable experience to my consulting work for 12 years now.

In addition to my specialist knowledge and business professionalism, I also bring my cheerful and warm manner and a great deal of empathy to my work, which my clients also appreciate. I firmly believe that a positive working atmosphere and good relationships are crucial for success.
